TASER PURCHASE INFORMATION
TASER C2 devices are NOT considered firearms by the US Government. They can be legally carried (concealed or open) without permit required in 43 states. STATES & CITIES WHERE STUN DEVICES ARE PROHIBITED: DC, HI, MA, MI, RI, NY, NJ, WI, Annapolis, Baltimore, Chicago, and Philadelphia.   Smart Life Store will not sell or ship TASER devices to prohibited areas.

DISCLOSURE:  Anti-Felon Background Check Required. Unit will not work until simple background check completed. There is a $9.95 activation fee required. Directions to activate will be received with your purchase. The Anti-Felon Background Check can be done in seconds from the privacy of your own home using a secure website or toll-free (800) number. The background check fee is paid directly to TASER International and is not included in the purchase price of the unit. If you are a convicted felon you cannot carry a TASER.

RETURN POLICY
Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service.  To bring you such value and low prices, we adhere to a strict return policy.  All sales are final unless the product is defective.  If you receive an item that is defective and need to return it, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery/receiving of your item, and request an RMA..   Our phones are open 24 hours, 7 days a week at 1-800-883-1204.   The returned item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original packaging.  The item will be evaluated by a third party (manufacturer/warehouse) and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, no exceptions.  If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.


RETURN PROCEDURES
A.       A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Smart Life Store and is to be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box for product returns.  The RMA is valid for 10 days.
B.       The customer may ship the product directly back  postage pre-paid to the address provided with the RMA or the original "Shipped from Address" on the box you originally received the product in.
C.      The customer must ensure that merchandise is returned and received by the warehouse, to receive proper credit.  Smart Life Store does not track expired RMA's.
D.      Shipping on merchandise being returned to Smart Life Store must be prepaid.
E.    Pepper sprays will only be accepted for replacement/exchange within 2 days of delivery/receipt of the product, if defective.  No refunds or credits will be issued for pepper sprays or clothing, no exceptions.
