TASER C2 devices are NOT considered firearms by the US Government. They can be legally carried (concealed or open) without permit required in 43 states. STATES & CITIES WHERE STUN DEVICES ARE PROHIBITED: DC, HI, MA, MI, RI, NY, NJ, WI, Annapolis, Baltimore, Chicago, and Philadelphia.   Smart Life Store will not sell or ship Taser devices to prohibited areas.

DISCLOSURE:  Anti-Felon Background Check Required. Unit will not work until simple background check completed. There is a $9.95 activation fee required. Directions to activate will be received with your purchase. The Anti-Felon Background Check can be done in seconds from the privacy of your own home using a secure website or toll-free (800) number. The background check fee is paid directly to TASER International and is not included in the purchase price of the unit. If you are a convicted felon you cannot carry a taser.


RETURN POLICY
Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 7 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. After 7 days, the item will be evaluated by a third party (repair service/consultant) and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.

Services Rendered:   All services rendered will be performed withinn 90 date the credit card  is initially charged.


RETURN PROCEDURES
A.       A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Smart Life Store and is to be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box for product returns.  The RMA is valid for 10 days.

B.       The customer may ship the product directly back  postage pre-paid to the address provided with the RMA.
C.      The customer must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit.  Smart Life Store does not track expired RMA's.
D.      Freight on merchandise being returned to Smart Life Store must be prepaid.
E.     Product will be replaced/exchanged if found to be defective unless specified in writing by the customer within the return box from dealers customer. 
F.   If the item is proven to be defective and the customer has specified in writing that they do NOT wish the product to be replaced/exchanged a complete refund including the original purchase price and shipping, will be issued to the customer. 
G.      Non-defective merchandise will be accepted for credit at original price, less freight and handling charges, and restocking fees of 15%, within 14 days of invoice date.  No returns or credit requests after 14 days of invoice date.  Product returned after this time is only eligible for replacement/exchange.  NOTE: Pepper sprays will only be accepted for replacement/exchange within 7 days of original invoice date.  No Refunds or Credits will be issued for pepper sprays.
H.     Replacement/Exchange product will be ordered again, as a new order, with a new order number. New orders will include freight and handling charges.  A new order must be generated to assist Smart Life Store in inventory control and accuracy.
I.      Credit will be issued within ten (10) business days upon receipt of merchandise at the address listed above.
